Reasons

First:
Also, I know there are some minor problems with the Map 16 I'm going to fix it and resubmit.

Why don't you just fix it before you even submit it the first time? It saves the hack mods hassle from having to moderate the same hack twice, which it could have easily been one.

Second, since this is a one level hack, it must be at least 15 minutes of gameplay or more. This level gave me 8:32. A bit short, buddy.

Being able to touch the back side of a vertical ledge doesn't make much sense.

Pointing out that the background is kinda bland with no clouds or much decoration.

Tiny cutoff on the corners of these pipes.

Again, not logical for Mario is hit his head on the 'dirt' part of the ground.

Slowdown.

Awkward spacing after the word 'you'.

The interaction field of these 'moths' is odd. They are actually two tiles high even though they should only be one.

Buzzy Beetle != Spiny. Many people would just see this guy as a red Buzzy Beetle. Why would it hurt to jump on it?

These things serve more as a distraction than a decoration, and they seem out of place. When I see a cement block, I think it is solid, not walk-through-able.

Yay, now that I hit the switch I get to stand here for ~15 seconds. So fun!

These 'moths' are also really hard to see on this background, now that they are pure black. Why did you remove the shine on them?

With this wording, you'd think I'd be able to swim in the water but for a set time. But really the water just acts like a muncher. More problems with this later.

The background palette could be more smooth.

Because the water is actually a muncher, the dolphins don't bounce on it like they should, making this jump really frustrating. Unfair to say. Also, fireballs and Mario can just go right over the water, even though they should be able to swim.

Midpoint with only 64 seconds left? Come on.

And guess what? The midpoint put me back here! So much for that.

Upon going through the door to the snowy area again, the game froze. I reset the game and same thing. I don't know what is causing this, but it would be nice to fix.

Now I will mention things I don't have screenshots for because the game refused to play the last sections again.

The palette of the snow area is bad. A white outline is not really a good idea.

In the rope section, there are pink cloud/bush things you could stand on. These acted really weird. Sometimes I could stand on them, and sometimes I fall through, and it took me a while just to get to the first wooden platform. Please make these act better so it is more fair.

The rope ride itself was sorta boring. The occasional Bullet Bill would fire, but way over or under Mario. This section also eats up a lot of the strict time limit.

The falling section I really didn't see a point too. There was no challenge unless you wanted to try to avoid the gray platforms. Come up with a cool gimick or just take it out.

Have a nice day.
